Niykee says that as she develops as a lyricist her painful memories from her youth serve as inspiration. "Even even if I'm not writing about my personal life it is the loss of my sister and my painful childhood is incorporated into my music," she says. My music is shaped by it and I sense the deep meaning behind every single thing. This is one of the things that is most crucial to me.
